A Perfect Omelet

I just had to share a picture of this omelet.

Never before (and possibly never again) have I made an omelet this pretty.

No oozing, no lost vegetables, no misshapen egg blobs.....

Hopefully you're not expecting me to tell you how you can make a perfect omelet as well, because, like I said, it may not be possible to replicate this more than once every hundred years or so.

But I can tell you how I usually make my omelets, which are not only tasty, but economical.

I Do Not Like Them, Sam I Am....

Lately I've been on a "let's make all our food green in color" kick.

So when someone told me about this little trick, I was all about it. (I cannot honestly remember who told me about this, so if you did and you are reading this now, forgive me. And don't be afraid to write a scathing comment about how rude I am to rip off your brilliant idea....)

At any rate, here is Green Eggs and (not) Ham!!
